One yearly price per school. Modules when you want them.
SOS is a yearly subscription for each school. The statutory MIS is included, optional modules are added or removed during the year and charged pro rata, and your data is never extra.

- SEND, looked-after and safeguarding records the census needs.
- Staff records, roles and permissions, and the audit log.
- Bulk export and standard API access, backups, monitoring and support.

Charged pro rata from the day they change
- Assessment and tracking: subjects, gradebooks, scores, HoWLs and early years scoring.
- Behaviour: praise and interventions.
- Parent comms: texts and emails to parents.
- Multi-school dashboard: the trust dashboard and switching between schools.
Fair terms
No surprises on the invoice.
Pro rata modules
Turn a module on in March and you pay from March. Turn it off and the charge stops that day.
Three months’ notice
If you decide to leave, three months’ notice is all we ask, and your exit export is part of the service.
Your data costs nothing
Bulk export and standard API access are never charged for, during your contract or when you leave.

Why is there no price on this page?
The price depends on the size of the school and the modules it chooses. Email us with your number on roll and we will send you a quote.
Do trusts get one price for every school?
Each school has its own subscription, so schools can join or leave the trust cleanly. We are happy to quote for the whole trust at once.
Is moving from our current MIS included?
Ask us about your move when you ask for a quote, and we will include what it involves.
What happens if we leave?
You get a complete export of your data, the API stays open until your next supplier is accepted, and then your data is deleted with a certificate.
